These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Diablo Entertainment website and your purchase of tickets to, and attendance at, our events. By using the site or buying a ticket, you agree to these Terms.

Tickets & invites

• Events are invite-only with limited capacity. A confirmed ticket and, where applicable, a valid entry password are required for admission.
• Tickets are issued to a named guest and may not be resold or transferred without our written consent.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who does not meet entry requirements or violates event rules.

Entry requirements

• Guests must be of legal age (21+) with valid identification.
• Event-specific requirements — such as dress code and the entry password mailed with your ticket — are strictly enforced. No password, no entry.

Refunds & changes

Unless stated otherwise for a specific event, tickets are non-refundable. We may change the date, venue, lineup, or details of an event; if an event is cancelled, we will provide a refund or comparable alternative as our sole obligation.

Conduct

You agree to follow all venue rules, applicable laws, and staff instructions. We are not responsible for personal property or for the conduct of other guests. Any consumption on site is limited to designated areas and must comply with all applicable laws and venue policies.

Assumption of risk

Attendance is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diablo Entertainment is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or attendance at an event.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including branding, copy, and imagery — is owned by or licensed to Diablo Entertainment and may not be used without permission.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
