Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains refunds and cancellations for Diablo Entertainment purchases.Diablo Entertainment sells event admission, entertainment, and merchandise only.

Tickets & add-ons

All ticket and add-on sales are final and non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated for a specific event. If an event is cancelled, your sole remedy is a refund of the ticket price or a comparable alternative. If an event is rescheduled, your ticket is honored for the new date.

Billing & statement descriptor

You authorize Diablo Entertainment(and its payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for the total shown at checkout. Charges appear on your statement as “DIABLO ENTERTAINMENT.” You represent that you are the authorized holder of the payment method and that your billing information is accurate.

If you have a question about a charge, please contact us at (602) 574-5587 or through our Contact page before filing a dispute or chargeback so we can resolve it quickly. You agree not to dispute or charge back valid, authorized charges.
